0. Provider
Auralis AI is operated by Horizon Consulting LLC("Auralis", "we", "us"). General contact: brian@ildiavolodelmarketing.com. Privacy contact: privacy@auralis.digital.
1. Service description
Auralis AI provides software that automates outreach on third-party networks (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) using their published APIs and authorized third-party providers (Unipile). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those networks.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Auralis for spam, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform terms. Abuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the LinkedIn, X, and Instagram accounts you connect, including any restrictions or bans those platforms may apply as a result of automation.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralis is not liable for indirect damages, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or lost business arising from use of the service.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Data processing
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where you process personal data of third parties through Auralis, our Data Processing Agreement.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Provider's place of establishment. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
